A poor termperature system, removing being able to duck through tight spaces, and now, Zombies being lootable upon death. I used to enjoy this game, but I really can't anymore.. I regret spending 30$, I wouldn't recommend the purchase right now. Huge buzz kill when attempting to loot structures to have zombies appear of of thin air around you. You can walk though an empty room (or clear the building) turn around and have 1 or a cluster of enemies to deal with. There needs to be a safe spot mechanic in place 20-50 blocks so you can just deal with whats around you and be able to loot in peace. Also when using the claim land block it be nice if there was a no spawn min radius so players wouldn't have a zombie hanging out at the front door or worse yet....in the base. Hopefully this will covered in the next patch.. I like the whole concept of survival. But the game itself is has a very serious issue with the frames.I have a decent pc able to play games with much higher requirements at 60fps.I have it set at the lowest graphics possible and nothing changes I even disabled the zombies, thought that the spawns might be the cause of the issue.Nothing changed. And it is not only me, a friend of mine that also bought the game has the exact same issue.Overall experience: Negative.. Really liked this game until the last update. I've started over many times with friends, and now it seems like a chore. The new leveling system took the fun out of the game.. Long time player here. Purchased nearly a dozen copies of the game for numerous friends and family. A year or two ago I would have had great things to say about this game and the direction. Now, however, the story changes. It's the new alpha, alpha 17. They changed nearly every aspect of the game. That's okay, things change. The majority of the playerbase overwhelmingly complained on the forums. That's okay, customers complain. The problem is if you look at the forums right now. The main guy, Madmole, honestly admits that he doesn't play the game, but changes things he doesn't like about it. He admits in videos how much he's forgotten about the game even though he allegedly is the primary programmer. He then proceeds to have his forum moderators censor dissent and complaints hardcore and tells them that he doesn't care about their opinions. The game used to be great. The game is still "okay" even though so much has changed. Again, change is fine. But saying "I don't like aspect x, and even though I don't play the game, and eighty five percent of the comments on the forum approve of aspect x, I don't like it, or didn't when I played a year ago, so I'm taking it out" is not okay at all.
